Smoking is not permitted on this property.

Our community is quiet and we have a close relationship with our neighbours. Please monitor your noise level, especially at night.

Remember to take the house keys with you every time you leave the property, including when visiting the pool.

The grey garden door will lock automatically if closed shut. You must double lock both the front door and the grey garden door when you leave the property. Please be mindful that anyone can walk into the house if doors are left open.

For your own security lower all window shutters, upstairs and downstairs, whenever you leave the house. Do not allow children to play with the shutter switches as the shutter motors can break.Turn off the A/C when leaving the house or when the patio doors are open. There are three A/C control units. One in the basement bedroom. One in the master bedroom and one in the lounge by the back door. All three must be turned off when leaving the house.

Do not use garden parasols on windy days as they can fall over and break. When opened please use the attached rope and tie it to an adjacent metal fence. This prevents parasol damage in low winds (see photos below).
